Quaint and simple casita on the perimeter of La Playita, a local and rustic beach community nestled in the belly of San Jose del Cabo's marina district and Puerto Los Cabos (a luxury resort development). La Playita's public beaches, shops, and restaurants (including the restaurant and beach club at El Ganzo hotel) are a half-mile mile away. World-famous Flora Farms restaurant and Acre are a 5-minute drive, and San Jose's Historic and Art District are less than a 10-minute drive.

This cute, comfortable, rustic, and private stand-alone casita is fitting for individuals or couples up to 2 guests. Guests enjoy a kitchenette with island-bar seating for 2, a living room with sofa and smart-tv, one-bedroom (with king bed), and an outdoor grill-kitchen within the casita's back yard. The backyard is the home's heart, featuring ocean views and plenty of zones and scenes to unwind in. No part of this home is shared —the casita's private entrance and parking for one car are revealed behind a remote-controlled electric front gate. Guests enjoy complimentary wifi, arrival snacks and bottled water, and an outdoor laundry machine (detergent included). Beach chairs, a beach umbrella, beach towels, and a cooler are available for guests to use also.

La Playita is a truly small and local Mexican neighborhood, clustered with small and charming family-built casitas and homes on small lots. Drive slow, watching out for chickens, and kids playing while navigating the concrete, pavement, and dirt roads leading to this hidden gem.

A rental car is best. Although Uber services this neighborhood also.
